This equipment uses multiple 20KHz 2000W standard ultrasonic welding machines as the main structure, with the entire frame made of high-strength steel. The control cabinet's outer panels are precision-bent by CNC bending machines, and the equipment's color can be customized by the customer. Multiple welding heads press down simultaneously for welding, with individual head split control. Each ultrasonic head is equipped with a fan and air cooling device. The height of the upper mold can be adjusted via limit screws, and the movement of the upper mold plate is controlled by cylinders. PLC human-machine interface control is employed, featuring a side-pull structure for easy debugging, installation, and use, ensuring high precision. The entire machine is easy to debug and offers stable performance. The practical model allows for adjustable speed changes and can be integrated with semi-automatic or fully automatic production. The welding mechanism of this equipment can be operated manually or automatically. Manual operation is single-action, primarily used for debugging mechanisms and molds. On the PLC computer touch screen, enter the main operation interface to set the welding time, curing time, and delay time according to the workpiece's fusion requirements. The welding air pressure value can be set via the pressure regulating valve. Press the automatic confirmation on the computer touch screen and the two-hand start switch (blue button), and the process is fully automatically controlled by the PLC. The start switch lowers the upper mold to press and weld the workpiece. The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop button; in case of improper operation or abnormal movement, press this button to stop the action promptly. Production is automated, with the automatic control system using a programmable logic controller (PLC) to manage the coordinated movement of cylinders. It is easy to operate, reliable in performance, compact in size, and enhances production efficiency and quality.
